Great Energy is the operator in charge of exploring and producing oil & gas in four blocks acquired by the Group in Rec\u00f4ncavo Baiano:<\/p>\n
\u2022 REC-T-42: acquired in the 13th round. In December 2018, it acquired magnetotelluric data that under processing stage;<\/p>\n
\u2022 REC-T-108: acquired in the 13th round. Drilling of the first exploratory well started on December 21, 2018;<\/p>\n
\u2022 REC-T-107: acquisition via farm-in in 2017. First exploratory well in 2017 with discovery of hydrocarbons in 3 formations and first oil batch in 2018. Currently in the Discovery Assessment Plan stage.<\/p>\n
\u2022 REC-T-166: acquired in the 14th round. It is in the stage of purchasing data from the Exploration and Production Database (BDEP), reprocessing seismic data and interpreting data.<\/p>\n

Permanent Offer \u2014 On December 4, 2018, ANP\u2019s Special Bidding Committee approved Great Energy\u2019s registration for the Permanent Offer. As determined in ANP\u2019s call for bids, once the registration requests are approved by the Special Bidding Committee, the bidders can submit, at any time, their declaration of interest attached to a bid guarantee, thus starting one cycle in the Permanent Offer.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
The Permanent Offer consists in the continuous offer of fields returned (or about to be returned) and exploratory blocks offered in previous bidding processes and not purchased or returned to the agency.<\/p>\n
For the first stage, 884 blocks in 14 sedimentary basins and 14 areas with marginal sediments were selected, of which 80% were located in onshore basins and 20% in offshore basins.<\/p>\n
