Operational Integrity

Our commitment to the quality of our products and services is an integral part of Great Holdings’ strategy. Our Operational Integrity program has been developed to ensure compliance to practices and processes to make sure our operations exceed our clients’ expectations.

Our culture of operational integrity is represented by the slogan “Believe in the Process,” which is the core concept of our program and put into practice through 6 main pillars:

Great Holdings’ integrity program focuses on continuously improving the quality of our services and pursuing operational excellence by fully respecting the principles of environmental protection and safety at work.

Great Holdings and its affiliates are currently in implementing ISO 9001 and expect to get their certification in October 2019. Our goal is to make it clear to our clients and stakeholders that we have a management system that ensures the quality of the products and services we offer.
